The Pre-Visit
The experience begins once your appointment is booked.
After booking, you’ll receive a New Client Form to fill out. This quick form allows you to share details about your hair and the results you’re hoping to achieve.

It helps me better plan for your appointment and ensures we’ve booked the right amount of time to reach your goals—so your first visit feels seamless and stress-free.

Once I receive your form, I’ll be in touch if I have any questions or if we need to make any adjustments to your appointment.

The Consultation
A good appointment always starts with a complete consultation. Since you have already filled out your client intake form, I will have a good idea of what you are looking for. We will discuss and plan your visit, as well as a long-term plan to make sure all of your goals are met. I will then formulate a custom blended colour for you and begin the application.
Each service includes a relaxing scalp massage and a blow out and style including tricks on how to style your hair at home. We will wrap up your appointment by discussing your maintenance schedule. You will leave with a free gift (for every new client who booked a colour service) and the offer to pre book your next appointment.
